*We will only process orders with status “Paid”. If you have any difficulties on making payment, please contact us.

*Our delivery partner will not able to send the items up to condominium or apartment. They will either drop at guard house after confirmation with customer or the customer come down to pick up the items. This is because some of the condominium or apartment didnt allow outsider to go in. Thanks for understanding.

*The delivery time depends on the driver based on customers’ location and traffic conditions. The driver will call the customer before delivery.

*Deliveries are only available at SELANGOR / KUALA LUMPUR / PUTRAJAYA. If you need confirmation, please Whatsapp us at 010-811 2124 to know whether your postcode is deliverable.

*Upon delivery, please check your goods for freshness and etc. No refund or return of goods delivered after confirming with recipient's signature.
